How to Insert a Link in Online Writing App

Online Writing App's formatting pane at the top of each document allows you to quickly and easily apply text styles and formatting such as text with links.

To insert a link (also called a hyperlink):

1. Select the text you want to turn into a link
2. Click the chain link icon in the formatting pane
3. In the “Enter link” pop-up window that appears, enter the URL into the text field
4. Click Save

Or try the keyboard shortcut: Alternatively, select the text you want to link, then press Cmd + K (on a Mac) or Ctrl + K (on a PC). When the “Enter link” pop-up window appears, enter the URL into the text field and click Save.
