Delete a Document From Online Writing App

Online Writing App stores documents exclusively in your browser. None of your work is stored on a server or sent to the cloud. Still, you may want to delete a document because you created it as a test or no longer need it.

To delete a document, expand the sidebar, then click the "Delete" icon next to the document name. When the confirmation prompt appears, verify that you want to proceed with deletion. Document deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

You can also check the box below the button to skip the confirmation prompt when deleting future documents. Note that if you check this box, subsequent deletions will happen immediately and without asking for confirmation:

Another way to delete all documents from Online Writing App is to either clear your browser cookies and site data, or use an incognito window. When you clear cookies or close an incognito window, the browser removes all local data, effectively deleting documents from your device.
